Christmas market, with over 140 stalls situated on large and
more intimate squares. The aroma of roast chestnuts, sugared
almonds, cinnamon, cloves and mulled wine fills the air of
the historic Neckar city.

DAY 1: To Belgium
for an overnight stay.
DAY 2: Trier (included) Visit the
Christmas markets in the old Roman city of Trier, en route
to our hotel in Pforzheim for a three-night stay. B,D
DAY 3:
Heidelberg (included)
Enjoy a full day in Heidelberg, where you can browse the
Christmas market for gifts and indulge in the Christmas
cheer. B,D
DAY 4:
Strasbourg (included) A full
day to the French town of Strasbourg, with the opportunity
to visit the extensive Christmas markets. We see the town’s
giant Christmas tree, known as the ‘king of the forests’,
and the ‘sharing village’ in Place Kleber. We can also stroll
through the Christkindlmarkt and themed markets, absorbing
the sights and smells of seasonal treats. B,D
DAY 5:
Koblenz (included) We take
a scenic drive through the romantic Rhine Valley to Koblenz,
where we pause to explore the Christmas markets. Later,
we continue to Belgium for an overnight stay. B
DAY 6:
To Calais
then return home.

Your Hotels
You’ll stay for three
nights at the 3-star Hotel Residenz in Pforzheim. The hotel
has a restaurant, bar and lift. All bedrooms have T.V., telephone,
