DEC 23: Vienna Sightseeing

we include a half-day sightseeing tour of this historic
and fascinating city, and introduce the most important sights.
The rest of the day is at leisure in the city. B
CHRISTMAS EVE: At leisure in Vienna,
where you can perhaps warm up with a
cup of mulled wine or explore the
Christmas Market located around the
Rathaus (Town Hall). The market offers
traditional and original Austrian gifts,
including gingerbread, Christmas tree
ornaments and jewellery. This afternoon,
the city takes on a quieter atmosphere as
the locals prepare for ‘Holy Night’. B,D
CHRISTMAS DAY: Spend Christmas
Day at leisure in Vienna, before celebrating in style with
a Viennese Evening. B,D
BOXING DAY: Enjoy another
day at leisure to visit historic sights including the magnificent
St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the impressive Hofburg Palace.
Tonight, we enjoy dinner at the revolving restaurant at
the top of the Danube Tower. B,D
DEC 27: Our final
day at leisure in Vienna with time to relax and perhaps
enjoy a traditional Viennese coffee with a slice of the
local ‘Sachertorte’ chocolate cake in one of the city’s
tempting street cafés. B
DEC 28: Transfer
to Vienna airport for your return flight home .B
