Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: UK to Germany
Relax aboard your Grand Tourer coach as we cross to Calais then head to Germany for an overnight stay.

DAY 2: Germany to Fieberbrunn
We continue into Austria and enjoy breathtaking scenery as we travel on to Fieberbrunn for our seven night stay. (B,D)

DAY 3 to 8: Fieberbrunn
Time to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the unique Bergers Sporthotel and its great facilities. Our excellent excursion programme takes in the highlights of this beautiful region. (B,D)

DAY 9: Fieberbrunn to Liege
Return through Germany into Belgium for dinner and our overnight stay. (B,D)

We visit the beautiful Lake Achensee, the largest Lake in the Tyrol, surrounded by spectacular mountain peaks, before heading to the colourful medieval town of Rattenberg, famous for its glassware.

Full Day: Salzburg & ‘The Sound of Music’
A visit to Salzburg for a guided city tour, visiting some of the filming locations including the Summer House (Sixteen going on Seventeen), Maria’s convent, the Mozartplatz and the Mirabell Gardens (Do-Re-Mi).

Full Day: Berchtesgarden & Königsee
Discover Berchtesgarden, a small, historic town surrounded by the German Alps and Hitler’s mountain retreat,‘Eagle’s Nest’. Then onto picturesque Königsee, the deepest lake in the Alps.
