Holiday Itinerary

DAY 1: UK to N. France
Calais, Dover, then into Northern France for our overnight stay.

DAY 2: Northern France to Hergiswil
Continuing southwards, we cross into Switzerland arriving in Hergiswil in time for dinner. (B,D)

DAYS 3 to 7: Hergiswil
Enjoy time to relax in your picturesque resort, set amidst majestic mountain scenery, which has a range of shops and cafes, as well as pretty gardens to enjoy. (B,D)

DAY 8: Hergiswil to Reims
Heading back north for our final overnight stay. (B,D)

DAY 9: Reims to UK
Calais, Dover then home. (B)

A trip to the charming village of Brienz, the centre of Swiss woodcarving before heading to the popular resort of Interlaken and then an exhilarating ride to the mountain resort of Grindelwald by narrow gauge railway.

Full Day: Mountain Magic
A chance to explore Switzerland’s stunning mountain peaks and passes is one of non-stop scenic delights that will live long in the memory. An optional mountain train ride on the route of the famous Glacier Express is also offered.

Half Day: Lucerne
A morning visit to beautiful Lucerne, full of medieval frescoed buildings, charming narrow streets, decorative fountains and numerous pavement cafes, with a local guide available for an optional tour of the city.
