Holiday Itinerary by Air
DAYS 1 to 4
Simply make your own way to your chosen airport for your flight to Edinburgh, where you’ll be met by a Shearings representative. This is where the holiday begins as we take you to Melrose, our holiday base for the next four nights.
  
DAY 5
After breakfast we bid farewell to Melrose as we set off back to Edinburgh airport to catch your flight back home, with holiday memories to cherish.

At the heart of the Scottish borders lies Melrose, home to this stately-looking hotel. It is splendidly set in five acres of rolling parkland, behind which flows the River Tweed.

Included Excursions
Full Day: A splendid day ahead as we step aboard the Royal Yacht Britannia to explore this majestic vessel, accompanied by an audio tour which guides us around its magnificent five decks. It’s then on to Edinburgh for a guided city tour – so much to see!

Full Day: Today we take a lovely drive to the pretty border town of Kelso. This cobbled town is set at the heart of the Scottish Borders. We then continue on to visit stunning Manderston House, where no expense was spared with the opulent staterooms and the only silver staircase in the world.
