DAY 1: UK to Nemours
To Calais and onto the south of Paris to Nemours for a late arrival and overnight hotel.

DAY 9: Toulon to Champagne area
Northwards to the Champagne area for dinner and our overnight hotel. (B,D)

DAY 2: Nemours to Toulon
We travel southwards through Burgundy, down to Toulon, our base for the next seven nights. (B,D)

DAY 10: Champagne area to UK
To Calais for our return sailing to Dover and home. (B)

DAYS 3 to 8: Toulon
At leisure in Toulon. Delightful villages full of local life and colour along with fascinating Roman cities such as Avignon are waiting to be explored on our included excursions. Added to this is the glamorous sophistication of St Tropez on the Côte d’Azur. Join us on our optional excursions in and around Toulon in order to enjoy more than a taste of Provence on this memorable holiday. (B,D)

Full Day: Aix-en-Provence & Taste of Provence
A visit to Aix-en-Provence, birthplace of the artist, Cézanne. The heart of the city is the Cours Mirabeau, a spacious tree-lined avenue with elegant mansions, shops and busy pavement cafés. We enjoy a scenic drive through Provençal countryside, stopping at Saint-Maximin-La-Sainte Baume.

Full Day: Cannes & Antibes
We visit Cannes with its old quarter, colourful old port and the elegant La Croisette Boulevard, a floral delight lined with palm trees. On to Antibes with a large, high-tech marina and cobbled old town which is truly authentic and unspoilt.

Half Day: Cassis
We visit the small seaside resort of Cassis, where you can stroll through the old villages streets or relax at one of the numerous cafés and restaurants.
