To Calais and then onwards to our overnight hotel.

WEDNESDAY: N. France to Cologne
Join the MPS Rotterdam.

THURSDAY: Cologne – Königswinter – Andernach
We sail to Königswinter, a pretty summer retreat and home to Drachenfels Castle. We then visit Andernach, one of the oldest towns in Germany.

FRIDAY: Andernach to Cochem
Known as the ‘Pearl of the Moselle’, Cochem is dominated by the fairytale 11th century Reichsburg Castle high above.

SATURDAY: Cochem to Koblenz
Koblenz marks the northern end of the Rhine Gorge, UNESCO World Heritage Site.

SUNDAY: Koblenz to Rüdesheim
On to Rüdesheim with its choice of restaurants and open-air taverns.

MONDAY: Rüdesheim - Boppard - Linz
Our first port of call is Boppard, an ancient fortress town. We continue to Linz with its half-timbered houses.

TUESDAY: Linz – Remagen – Bonn - Cologne
Today we visit Remagen, known from the movie ‘A Bridge Too Far’; and Bonn, the birthplace of Beethoven. We sail on to Cologne.

WEDNESDAY: Cologne to N. France
Disembark in Cologne and on to our overnight hotel in Northern France.

THURSDAY: N. France to UK
Calais, Dover, then home.
