Situated
on the seafront, overlooking the Carpet Gardens and pier,
the stylish Burlington Hotel is a pleasant stroll from the
town centre.

Full Day travelling via Royal Tunbridge
Wells, to visit Chartwell House, the family home of Britain's
wartime Prime Minister. See the rooms as they were in Churchill's
time, down to the daily newspapers and his famous cigars. Half Day
jaunt to the
picturesque town of Battle, built around the Abbey, which
was erected on the site of the Battle of 1066. We visit the
interesting Abbey Visitor Centre, which depicts the story
of this historic conflict.

Full Day excursion to magnificent
Leeds Castle, built on two islands in the middle of a natural
lake. Listed in the Domesday Book, Leeds Castle was the countryside
palace of Henry VIII. Full Day excursion visiting the
coastal resort of Worthing, which boasts a long promenade,
lovely pier and pavilion, before continuing on to the charming
hilltop town of Arundel, dominated by its imposing castle. Half Day
jaunt to quaint Alfriston, one of the most beautiful villages
in the Downs, where you can wander amongst the antique shops
and old inns.
