Dornoch Holiday Itinerary

DAYS 1 to 4
Simply make your own way to your chosen airport for your flight to Inverness, where you’ll be met by a Shearings representative. This is where the holiday begins as we take you to Dornoch, our holiday base for the next four nights.

DAY 5
After breakfast we bid farewell to Dornoch as we set off back to Inverness airport to catch your flight back home with holiday memories to cherish.

Full Day: It’s off to the dramatic Falls of Shin we go to look for the Atlantic salmon in their natural habitat – the River Shin is one of Scotland’s great salmon rivers. Ullapool is where we journey to next, a bustling fishing port nestled on the shores of Loch Broom before we head back enjoying the Highland scenery, travelling through Dingwall along the way.

Full Day: Tour taking in a visit to the ‘capital’ of the Highlands, Inverness, a bustling city located at the top of the Great Glen. We have time at leisure for you to discover the heritage of the city at the Inverness Museum & Art Gallery, visit Inverness castle, or browse the many shops. After time to explore, we enjoy a visit to Moniack Castle, for a tour and tasting of the Highland Wineries.
