Holiday Itinerary by Air
DAYS 1 to 4/7 Simply make your own way to your chosen airport for your flight to Inverness, where you’ll be met by a Shearings representative. This is where the holiday begins as we take you to Dornoch, our holiday base for the next four or seven nights.		DAY 5/8 After breakfast we bid farewell to Dornoch as we set off back to Inverness airport to catch your flight back home with holiday memories to cherish.

5 Days by Air Full Day: There’s a fantastic day planned for us as we head off to visit the Castle of Mey, where the late Queen Mother used to reside. It’s then straight to the top as we venture up to John O’Groats, the northernmost tip of Great Britain! Half Day: Excursion to the ancient Royal Burgh of Tain which has something for everyone including beautiful scenery, magnificent architecture and the chance to spot wildlife. We then visit the ‘capital’ of the Highlands Inverness before continuing onto the Tomatin Distillery. 8 Days by Coach & Air Full Day: There’s a fantastic day planned for us as we head off to visit the Castle of Mey, where the late Queen Mother used to reside. It’s then straight to the top as we venture up to John O’Groats, the northernmost tip of Great Britain! Full Day: Tour taking in a visit to the ‘capital’ of the Highlands, Inverness, a bustling city located at the top of the Great Glen. We also take in a visit to the fascinating Fort George, the mightiest artillery fortification in Britain and Tomatin Distillery which has a long and distinguished heritage. Half Day: Visit the ancient Royal Burgh of Tain, one of the oldest towns in Scotland. We then continue on to see the spectacular scenery at Shin Falls.
