Day 1:
UK to Liege To Dover
for the sailing to Calais then on across Belgium to Liege
and our overnight hotel.
Day 8:
Grein to Leige We retrace our steps through Germany to
Liege for dinner and our final night. (B,D)
Day 2: Leige to Grein We travel south through
Germany and into Austria, arriving in Grein for a welcome
dinner and our six night stay. (B,D)
Day 9: Leige to UK To Calais for the sailing
to Dover and home. (B)
Days 3 to 5: Grein At leisure with our programme
of excursions along the scenic Blue Danube. (B,D)

and a sparkling wine reception at the `Altes Rathaus' or Old
Town Hall on the Hauptplatz, one of Austria's finest squares.
We then enjoy a relaxing cruise on the Danube around the city
of Linz.
Full Day Vienna
We enjoy a guided tour
of the `City of Waltzes', with its many handsome buildings,
before visiting Schönbrunn Palace, the
Hapsburgs' grand summer residence. The palace houses a superb
array of State Rooms dating from the time of the Empress Maria
Theresia.
Sleigh ride Take in the Winter
Wonderland scenery on a traditional sleigh ride.

a secluded location several miles from the pretty baroque
